Jokerit's championships
At the first season he breakthrought himself to fans heart with happy smile.
  In Jokerit also Otto was his own class and line Selänne- Janecký- Säilynoja was really destructive.
  Jokerit's first championship in 1990's came in 1992 and it was far up, because the first lineup: Selänne- Janecký- Säilynoja- Immonen- Strömberg and without Ketterer's great saves Jokerit probably would have not celebrated the championship. 
  That championship was unbelievable to all and after that championship most of the players left Jokerit and for the next season team had to built again of new players.
  Janecký played only two seasons in Hartwall areena and at the first season he won bronz. Second season's begin was hard because during the summer break Harry Harkimo didnt want to give him anymore contract, but Leena Harkimo beged from him to give and the end she won :)
  There was so much of thing writen about this and really many people wanted that Otto could stay in Jokerit. He was so unic person and everybody loved him.
  In 1999-2000 Otto played then in Blues, Espoo.

Laugh will extend age
At the game Otto was own person, he wasent typical player, he had custom to laugh at the ice.
  He had always energy to be happy and sometimes he just laught at the ice and that irritated opponent teams players.
  Otto had done it totally he had taken almost every Jokerit fans heart with his smile, laught, kindness and small tricks, what other players didnt do.
  During these years we learn to know him better and also that he smoked one box of ciggarets per day! Still he was really good player and Otto was Otto, he wasent typical player. There is lot of things what you cant say by words about him, you have to see it yourself and then you will understand.
  His playing style included during the breaks to acssociate with the puplic and especially to blink small kids. Sometimes then he didnt realize that the linesman had already drop the puck and the opponent won the face off.
  The reason why he laughted at the rink was, because there was happening many funny things and he was lazy to tell all the funny things... That also irritated opponents very much, so often they just couldnt stand that and started to push him or do something else, but he just laught to them.
  One time when I was sitting behind the players bench and there was just front of gap between the perpex and when he came to sit on the bech he took waterbottle and squeezed it towards me and he just and just missed tha gap other vice I would got nice facewash for free :D

 

Good bye!
  It was really hard to belive that he was playing for some other team then Jokerit, because he had played so many years in Jokerit and I had cheer Jokerit as long Otto had been in Jokerit. Even he was playing in Blues he will always be for me Jokerit player.
  It was hard for him too, during the practise season he looked when Jokerit had practise, but then suddenly he remember that he is playing for Blues. Part of him will be always hoping and supporting Jokerit to succes and when he was playing in Blues and he had free he came nealy everytime to see Jokerits game even only for one period. Still he came. Like he said: "Jokerit is Jokerit "
  I also went to see Blues's games only because Otto was there playing, I kind of missed his laught and I just had to see and in deep inside of me I knew that it was the last season that he will play in Finland and I probably will never again see him playing or talk to him.
  It was wonderful to get to know Otto!
